Can a woman over 40 who can’t cook make this? 👀

Episode 2: cottage cheese, lemon cheesecake bars… that are supposed to be “healthy” and actually taste good.

Because if I’m being honest —
a lot of “healthy desserts” either take way too much effort…
or taste like disappointment.

And one thing I LOVE seeing in our strength training community is women learning how to fuel their bodies without feeling like they have to give everything up.

We’re not doing bland.
We’re not doing complicated.
And we’re definitely not doing recipes that only work for fitness influencers with unlimited time.

We’re proving that:
✔ you can eat for strength
✔ you can enjoy your food
✔ and you don’t have to be a good cook to make something that actually tastes good

Final verdict:
Worth it!

Ingredients below 👇

1 cup graham crackers
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
3 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Crush graham crackers
3. Melt butter and mix into graham crackers
4. Flatten crust into lined 8x8 pan and bake for 10 minutes
5. Blend remaining wet ingredients until smooth
6. Pour mixture on to baked crust bake for 25-30mins
7. Let sit room temp for 1 hour then chill in fridge for at least 3 hours

At 40, I didn’t recognize my body the same way anymore.

And for the first time, yoga alone didn’t feel like enough.

That was confusing for me… because yoga had always been my foundation. It’s what I built this studio on. It’s what helped me feel strong, grounded, and connected in my body for so many years.

But something shifted.

I felt weaker.
Stiffer.
More tired than I was used to feeling.

And I couldn’t understand why what had always worked… wasn’t working in the same way anymore.

Not because yoga stopped working —
but because my body needed something different.

That realization changed everything for me.

It’s why this space evolved from a yoga studio into something more.

A place where yoga and strength come together.
A place where women can support their bodies through every stage — not just one.

That’s why I created this space.

Not for the already strong.
For the women who want to feel strong again.
