🪷This 3-hour in-person immersion is an invitation to meet this seasonal threshold slowly, compassionately, and from within.

🌀Trauma Informed Teachers Cierra Slade & Taylor Hitaffer have curated this Immersion as an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen inward—without pressure to fix, achieve, or perform.

Somewhere along the way, too many women were told their bodies have an expiration date.
That strength is for the young.
That it’s too late.

At Shift, we’re here to lovingly call that out as incorrect.

We have women in their 60s and well into their 70s who picked up dumbbells for the first time in their lives inside our studio—and are now blown away by how strong, capable, and confident they feel. 💪✨

And with that… the 2025 season comes to a close.

What a year. A year of showing up—sometimes strong, sometimes tender, sometimes unsure—but never alone. A year of breath and sweat, laughter and release, quiet moments and powerful ones. A year of choosing ourselves and choosing each other.

This community continues to be the greatest honor of my life’s work. The way we hold space for one another, celebrate growth, rest when it’s needed, and keep coming back—to the mat, to the weights, to ourselves—will never stop amazing me.

Thank you for trusting this space. Thank you for your presence, your vulnerability, your courage, and your care. You make this place what it is.

As we step into a new year, I feel nothing but excitement and deep gratitude. More strength. More softness. More connection. More becoming.

Here’s to all that we’ve built—and all that’s still unfolding.

Not judging… but I do wanna know why you haven’t started strength training yet 👀

Maybe you thought:
• it’s intimidating
• you’ll “start when you feel ready”
• you don’t know where to begin
• or you’re still waiting on ✨motivation✨

And honestly? Same. We’ve all been there.

But listen — 2026 energy is different.
This is the year you stop thinking about getting strong and actually do it.

Not because you want to lift heavy for fun (unless you do 😉),
but because you want to:
✔ feel confident in your body
✔ build strength that lasts
✔ walk into a gym knowing what you’re doing
✔ stop starting over every January

That’s exactly why I’m running Strength Training 101 this January —
for women who want to lift, but don’t know where to begin (or want to feel less awkward doing it).
