Our Story
Community Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic with no appointments necessary. Dr. Justin T. Cooke is board certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He completed his residency training at The University of Alabama School of Medicine in 2010. He practiced traditional Family Medicine in Chattanooga, TN before moving to Birmingham to join Community Urgent Care of Fultondale in 2016. Community Urgent Care offers a variety of urgent care and primary care services to patients of any age. Our services include, but are not limited to: • Treatment of minor emergencies including lacerations, fractures, strains and sprains • On site X-rays & EKG • Colds, flu, fever, cough • Sore throat, ear aches, sinus infections • Skin rash, allergies • Bladder infections • Sport and School Physicals • Weight management • Lipovite injections • TB skin test • Workman’s Comp
