1οΈβ£ Low Row: π― Anchor a resistance band at chest height, and pull back while pinching your shoulder blades down and together. Think about tucking them into your back pocket or giving yourself a proud chest β¨. This activates all the muscles around the shoulder blade, helping your shoulder work more efficiently and preventing upper trap overload.
2οΈβ£ Bruger Exercise: π₯ With elbows at your sides, tuck your chin back like a chin retraction and open your hands apart while keeping elbows tight. This fires the same stabilizing muscles and helps reset your posture throughout the day π§ββοΈ. Both exercises create a quick burn π₯, signaling your muscles are activating and strengthening.
Consistency with these exercises improves shoulder stability, prevents injuries, and supports better posture. Start small, modify as needed, and watch your shoulder function improve over time πͺ.
