🎄🦷 Don’t Be Like JJ!
Make sure you know the proper way to floss so you can keep a bright, Santa-ready smile all season long! 😁✨
Here’s the simple step-by-step for little flossers:
1️⃣ Use about 18 inches of floss and wrap it around each middle finger.
2️⃣ Gently slide the floss between teeth.
3️⃣ Curve it into a “C” shape around each tooth.
4️⃣ Move it up and down to clean both sides—nice and gentle!
5️⃣ Repeat for every tooth, even the very back ones.
👍 Parents: Help guide your child’s flossing until they have the hand coordination to do it on their own (usually around age 7–8).

👶 Start oral care before the first tooth ever appears!

After feedings, gently wipe your baby’s gums with a clean, soft cloth to keep them healthy. Once that first little tooth pops in (usually around 6–9 months), switch to a tiny soft baby toothbrush with a smear of training toothpaste. 🪥✨

Brush twice a day and schedule your baby’s first dental visit by age one to support healthy development from the very beginning.

Early care = happy, confident smiles! 😄💙
