Day 15 of 25 Days of Christmas: Regency Court’s Holiday Gathering

Last night, the spirit of the season filled every corner of Regency Court as our residents welcomed their loved ones for an unforgettable Christmas celebration. Families gathered around beautifully set tables, sharing stories, laughter, and a delicious holiday meal prepared with care by the Windsor Point team.

The atmosphere was truly magical, with the smooth sounds of Christmas jazz by Ed Lyons creating the perfect festive soundtrack. Twinkling lights, elegant décor, and tables overflowing with holiday treats made the evening feel straight out of a Christmas movie.

Our Regency Court staff joined right in, mingling and sharing in the joy as residents and families savored every moment together. By the end of the night, hearts were full and spirits were high, everyone left with memories to cherish and smiles that said it all.

Thank you to everyone who made this night so special. At Regency Court, the magic of Christmas is best when it’s shared with family and friends!

✨25 Days of Christmas – Day 14 🔔 ✨

The holidays at Windsor Point are festive and beautiful — but we also love getting out and experiencing all that the Raleigh area has to offer this time of year!

Today, residents enjoyed the joyful sounds of the Raleigh Ringers, and this week has been filled with incredible seasonal outings and performances. From the North Carolina Symphony’s Holiday Pops (a favorite for our season ticket holders) to the Holly Springs School of Dance winter performance, our calendar has been full of music, movement, and holiday magic.

Staying active, engaged, and connected — both on campus and out in the community — is what makes the season (and life at Windsor Point) so special. ❤️🎄

🎄 Day 13: The Cottages at Windsor Point Shine Bright! 🎄

Today, the magic is twinkling extra bright at the cottages at Windsor Point! Our 29 English-style cottages are looking positively radiant beneath a canopy of sparkling lights and glowing ornaments. (If you think the North Pole has style, just wait until you see our curb appeal.)

Our cottage residents enjoy the best of both worlds: privacy and independence in their own custom-designed homes—with all the comforts and safety of a connected community. Each cottage features two bedrooms, two baths, walk-in closets, and a beautifully landscaped yard that just begs for a little festive flair. And let’s be honest, nobody strings Christmas lights with more gusto than Windsor Point!

🎄 25 Days of Christmas – Day 12 🎄

Our Windsor Point Christmas Village features a little over 50 charming houses and scenes, with a festive Christmas train that travels all the way around a mountaintop ski resort to the nativity scene, complete with an angel watching from above.

It’s a joy for kids of all ages—especially the grandkids and great-grandkids. ❤️

🎶25 Days of Christmas – Day 11 🎶
There’s no shortage of holiday fun at Windsor Point! From spirited card games to everyone’s favorite BINGO, our days stay merry and bright. We’ve also enjoyed special Regency Court Christmas visits with Shatzi the dog, festive Laminated Christmas Song Bookmark crafts (with cocoa, of course!), and heartwarming Christmas performances and activities all season long. ✨🐾🎶

🎄 25 Days of Christmas at Windsor Point – Day 10 🎄

Today we’re shining a light on Varina View, home to some of the kindest, most gracious people on this planet. This neighborhood is full of cozy nooks, quiet sitting rooms, and warm smiles that make every corner feel like home.

One of the most special highlights this season is a hand-carved Nativity scene created by Ethel’s husband. As one of our newest residents, Ethel has shared this beautiful piece of her family’s story with us — and we are truly lucky to be able to cherish it.

25 Days of Christmas at Windsor Point: Day 9 – The London Taylor Building

Step aside, North Pole—London Taylor is where the real Christmas legends are made! Did you know this was the very first apartment building completed at Windsor Point? Long before the bustling community center and dazzling decorations, Florence and the Windsor Point team were whipping up meals for residents right in one of the empty apartments. (Honestly, if that’s not the most heartwarming image—homemade meals and a dash of ingenuity—I don’t know what is!)

Today, London Taylor sparkles inside and out with festive cheer. From the grand wreaths hung with care in every window to the charming woodland creatures and whimsical Christmas trees greeting you at the door, this building is dressed to impress and ready to welcome all.

Step inside and you’ll find cozy corners, elegant displays, and a Christmas tree that would make Santa himself pause for a selfie. (If you find yourself humming “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas,” you’re not alone. I caught myself singing to the gold cone trees and the two armchairs—don’t judge!)

London Taylor’s halls are filled with stories, laughter, and a whole lot of Christmas sparkle. Here’s to the building that started it all—and the neighbors who make it feel like home, year after year.

Step inside our Healthcare Center and you’ll discover more than twinkling lights and festive trees—you’ll feel the warmth of true holiday spirit, right at the heart of Windsor Point. Here, every corner sparkles with joy, every room is wrapped in care, and every detail reflects the dedication of a truly extraordinary team.

From classic red-and-green guest rooms to show-stopping blue-and-gold trees, playful pops of color, and stockings hung with love, our decorations are a tribute to the season—but the real magic comes from our caring staff. Their smiles light up the halls far brighter than any ornament, and their compassion creates an environment where every resident feels right at home.

Whether it’s a nurse pausing for a laugh by the tree, or a quiet moment of comfort and connection, we are so grateful for the people who make Windsor Point a place of warmth, safety, and belonging—not just during the holidays, but every single day.

🎄 Day 7: A Whoville Christmas in Hayes Hall! 🎄

Today, we’re celebrating the magic of Hayes Hall—where Christmas cheer is impossible to steal! Our Memory Care residents are surrounded by sparkle, laughter, and a tree so fabulously Grinchy, even Mr. Grinch himself would crack a smile.

From fluffy green bows and mischievous grins to presents topped with fuzzy flair, it’s a holiday wonderland designed to warm the heart and lift the spirit. Every moment here is about joy, connection, and making memories brighter (and maybe just a little bit mischievous)!

To all our Hayes Hall families, residents, and staff: thank you for filling our home with love—and a little bit of Whoville magic.

Thompson Building: Holiday Personality, Royal Treatment Style

If you’ve ever wanted a holiday welcome committee, the Thompson Building has you covered. Before you even get inside, you’re greeted at the door by a pup so cute and cheerful you’d swear he’s moonlighting for Santa.

Inside, the Thompson Building (home to Royal Treatment) is bursting with Christmas spirit, thanks to a staff who went all out making every floor its own little wonderland. This isn’t your basic tinsel-and-tree setup — this is personality, floor by floor, all wrapped up in that extra warmth and attention that defines Royal Treatment.

Wander in and you’ll first catch the cool, wintry shimmer of blue and silver. Keep moving up and suddenly you’re surrounded by the classic reds, greens, and golds of a dining room that feels like Christmas morning — cozy, nostalgic, and ready for another cup of cocoa. Climb a little higher and you’re hit with a burst of pink that’s fun, fresh, and just a little bit glam (because why not?).

What really ties it all together isn’t the color scheme — it’s the joy and community that fill the Thompson Building, especially this time of year. Here, every hallway sparkles, every meal feels special, and every resident gets the royal treatment, whether it’s December 6th or any other day.

So here’s to a building that knows how to do Christmas right — from blue and silver elegance to pretty-in-pink fun, all watched over by our four-legged greeter at the door.

🎄 25 Days of Christmas – Day 5 🎄
Independent Resident Christmas Party

What a festive night! We kicked things off with a “Naughty & Nice” eggnog social, followed by a delicious three-course holiday dinner served by our wait staff dressed in their holiday best.

Then the party really came alive—Classic Soul had everyone dancing, singing, and celebrating! One of the sweetest highlights was seeing LaRue on stage with her daughter Terry—such a special moment!
