It's been a couple years since I got to visit the Bonsai collection at the NC Arboretum. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning! Visiting these little beauties reminds me of our vision at Sacred Bonsai - that each one of us is a sacred and intricately designed masterpiece. We are shaped by our conditions, scarred and twisted by trauma and life's constraints. But still, through carefully and thoughtfully cultivating the different parts of ourselves, we thrive and grow into something immeasurably beautiful. Remember you're Sacred my friends. 💕✨🌳

Our little massage therapy office is growing! ❤️ We are currently seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team in downtown Fuquay! We are a small, quaint, community-centered office within a wellness co-op.
The right fit would be someone who is passionate about what they do and who is dedicated to offering their clients healing, therapeutic massage sessions while continuing to grow and learn as a therapist. 🌷Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! 🌷
Having teachers in my family, I have so much gratitude and appreciation for all that these community heroes do. They show up every day with love and dedication to help enrich the lives of the kids they teach. They are underpaid, underappreciated and yet they still have a passion for what they do. They make such a dramatic impact on our children and the world.
We want to make sure that our teachers know how much we love them, and we want them to have an opportunity to relax, unwind, and have a little self-care this month and over the summer! That's why we'll be offering 10% off to all teachers now through July 31st.

One of my favorite aspects of my job is when I get to nurture those who spend most of their time nurturing others. Whether it's nurses, teachers, mothers, fathers, grandparents or other therapists, it's always nice to allow them a little time to be the one on the receiving end of some TLC. So with Mother's day and Teacher Appreciation just around the corner, we decided to theme our First Friday event around nurturing the nurturers!
