We'll be starting 2026 off with an open invitation to rest and reset. ✨While the new year brings a lot of new momentum for growth and change, it's important to realize that the winter is naturally a time for quiet introspection and rest. If we allow ourselves this, it will help us lean into our progress even more once warmer days arrive!
✨ I'm also super stoked that my dear friend and yogi extraordinare, Laura Davenport, will be teaming up with me for this Self-Care Sunday to help create an hour of peace, rest, and restoration for all of us. Cheers to 2026 and making it a year full of wonderful things, starting from a place of genuine gratitude and care for ourselves!
