💗 Exciting news from Foundations Health & Wellness! 💗
Dr. Hammonds and his wife welcomed their sweet baby girl on Friday, September 5th! 👶🏼

Our office will be closed September 8th through the 15th, and return to normal business hours on Tuesday September 16th as they enjoy this special time together as a family. If you have not already been contacted to reschedule your appointment for this week, we will contact you shortly!
