The third trimester is the "home stretch," but we know it can feel more like a marathon! Keeping your body moving is great for labor prep and pelvic alignment, but safety is the name of the game.

Dr. David’s Sleep Hack: Try side-sleeping with a pillow between your knees. It keeps your hips level and your spine neutral.
