Big day for my lovely little shop. Adding a fourth row of Herb Pharm!
If you don’t already know, I have a special place in my heart for Herb Pharm products. I grew up with them in the house. My mom had at least one for everything imaginable. Besides foraging outside, Herb Pharm is reasonable for so many of my first encounters with herbs.
Ginger extract for nausea. Chamomile when I was too nervous about a big test to sleep. I remember my mom coming into my room, waking me from a fitful sleep to give me wild cherry bark extract for a cough. Matter of fact, their farm is recognized as the FIRST regenerative organic certified herb farm. From the jump, they’ve created beautiful, high-quality, broad-spectrum formulas.
Also, and this comes straight from an obsessive, label-reading nutcase named me, their labeling is PERFECTION 🥰👌🤩. Herb Pharm uses super strict UL Registrar third-party cert to verify compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices for supps, but I won’t keep yapping about that, you can ask me what all of that means next time you’re in if you want 💁🏻♀️. Anyway, strict…third-party….they’re also color-coded so it’s super simple to find what you need based on body system or ailment. And finally, they always include the herb-to-solvent ratio so you know the precise concentration of each tincture. This tells you how much raw herb was used to create the extract or glycerite. Ya kinda gotta know the potency to know the efficacy, ya know?
For less than $18, it’s such a fun and economical way to familiarize yourself with different herbs and their effects.!
