Yoga in the Park Fuquay Varina

Yoga in the Park Fuquay Varina Free Yoga in the Park every Sunday, 8-9AM, May through September. Where: 105 Spring St., Fuquay-Varina, NC (on S. Main St. We do sit and rest back on the ground.

No experience needed to enjoy an hour of free yoga suitable for any age or experience level, taught by area yoga teachers volunteering their time. across from the Fuquay Mineral Spring Inn & Garden)

What: FREE Yoga classes designed for anyone of any age. Absolutely NO yoga experience is necessary. Give it a try and just see if it doesn't make your day a little nicer! Enjoy a little relaxation and

stretching under the morning sky, surrounded by beautiful trees. Classes are taught by local yoga teachers volunteering their time to provide yoga for anyone who would like to practice outside. Bring: a blanket, beach towel and/or yoga mat to practice on; you might want to bring an additional "something" to put under your mat if you feel the ground is still too cold for you. Depending on the temperature, you may consider dressing in layers. Weather: Class will be cancelled in case of inclement weather, but as we all know our weather can be different a block away and can change in a heartbeat. Cancellations may be posted on this page, but check the weather channel and use your best judgment!

Time to wrap up Yoga in the Park for 2025. Temps for tomorrow morning will be in the 40's with the 50's not arriving till well after 9AM.
It's been a fun summer and I want to thank all the teachers and participants for making this a successful event once again. If the winter goes as fast as the spring and summer, we will be gathering in the Park soon. Here's to May 2026 and Farewell to the Summer of '25!
