It’s Unstoppable Eve and even with a possible snow event this weekend, we’ve got 60 participants ready to show up and test their limits to see what they are capable of.
👉What is the Unstoppable Strength Event?
It’s a strength testing event that we do 2x a year to help members figure out what they’re able to do. It helps them set goals in the gym, make sure they are choosing appropriate loads while training week to week, and is a great opportunity to connect with and support one another.
💪 What can participants expect?
Participants are placed in groups and given time (about 10 minutes) to do at least one run through each of the 6 core movements ( squat, deadlift, pushup, seal row, carry, crawl). We give some specific structure for each lift based on your experience and ability to help challenge you appropriately.
You’ll do the best you can do, with good form, and then we will record your result and keep it to use for goal setting and to compare for future Unstoppable events.
⏰ How long should you plan for?
We generally recommend you plan for 90 minutes. This will include time to warm up, get directions, do your lifts and snag a selfie and famous Bulletproof Breakfast Burrito with your fellow members.
