KINDERGARTEN PREP CAMP

Join us this summer on Tuesdays at 12:00 for a kindergarten readiness group! This group is led by two experienced pediatric OTs will be aimed at children who are entering kindergarten in Fall of 2025. Each week, we will practice foundational skills needed for a successful year of kindergarten.

Group will run for 8 consecutive weeks, from 7/1 through 8/19. This offering is open to both current clients and the public, but will be limited to 5 spots, so don't hesitate on signing up.

This group is led by two experienced pediatric OTs and will be aimed at encouraging social interactions and teaching self-advocacy skills for preschoolers, ages 3-5. Please note: we are a neurodiversity-affirming space where we encourage each child to be themselves.

We will be operating on a 3-hour delay tomorrow (planning to open for patients at 12:00 instead of 9:00) due to the forecasted weather. If road conditions remain unsafe as the day goes on, we will reach out directly to families that may be scheduled to cancel.

If you have an appointment scheduled before 12:00, your therapist will be in touch to reschedule. If you have an appointment scheduled after 12:00, but prefer to change it, please let us know.

We are joining forces with a local momma and are participating in a Halloween Costume Drive for families who aren't in a position to afford them this year.

Please bring your gently used Halloween costumes and leave them in the bin outside our door any time.

We will be distributing them to families who need them mid-October (more details to come, if you are in need).

Join us for Preschool "Lunch" Bunch this Fall!

This is a therapeutic feeding play group for children, ages 3-5, where we will work on supporting picky eaters in exploring new foods through play.

Space is limited to five children and sessions are lead by two pediatric OTs/feeding therapists, giving us a ratio of 1 adult : 2.5 children. Each week will also include parent education for carryover of strategies at home.

Bloom OT and Wellness will be hosting neurodiversity-affirming social groups for children to connect, play, and build self-advocacy skills beginning this fall.

Groups will be held in 8-week sessions and will be limited to 5 children, similar in age, with a staff ratio of 1 adult: 2.5 children.

Staff will facilitate connection between participants and support social problem-solving skills in a sensory-friendly environment.

Please note that this is NOT a social skills program that teaches neurodivergent children to "mask". Instead, we aim to create positive social interactions and improved self-confidence for children while also honoring and respecting the way their brains naturally function.

We are looking for another wonderful therapist to join our team!

We are a therapist-owned occupational therapy practice serving families throughout Bucks and the bordering areas of Montgomery County. We believe in providing compassionate, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming care and support to families in the areas of feeding, sensory/emotional regulation, and fine/gross motor skills.

We are looking for someone to work with our older caseload of preschool/school-aged clients, ages 3-12 both in-clinic and in their homes/schools (typically within 30-45 minutes of our clinic in Furlong, PA).
