She graduated medical school and residency from The University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. Monika Mansmann PAC graduated from Rutgers Physician Assistant Program in 2005. She completed her undergraduate education at Pennsylvania State University.

Meet Victoria M. Petty, MD

Dr. Victoria M. Petty is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has practiced in Bucks, Montgomery and Mercer counties for nearly 25 years. Her practice at Bucks County Women’s Wellness focuses solely on gynecology services. Dr. Petty attended the University of Pennsylvania where she completed her undergraduate and medical education. Dr. Petty also completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, part of the University’s Health System. Dr. Petty is also board certified in Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
