Check out these sweatshirts we just made; you can now take Sunny home with you and always keep him close to your heart! Huge thanks to Beth Dintenfass for letting us use the image she painted of him that hangs on our wall at Kin, she captured his spirit perfectly. You are so talented, Beth!

Our first ever Kin Kind Match has ended in GRAND fashion.

To think an anonymous donation match of $20,000 has turned into $69,293.๐Ÿ˜

Nearly 50 people donated various amounts to support the match. From $10 to $20,000 made by OHM Fitness Princeton ๐Ÿ’ช

We are beside ourselves with gratitude. We began this year with a flood that damaged our facility, so to close the year out with this unexpected match campaign that exceeded expectations has us smiling ear-to-ear!

What a great, giving, kind community โค๐Ÿ™

Our non-profit is dedicated to continue our hard work and fulfill our mission to care for and support our local cancer community, including caregivers and our oncology healthcare workers!

You are here for us, and we are here for you!

Thank you!

How do you thank people properly?
Those who consistently give of themselves to the benefit others?

Kin Wellness and Support Center is a rarified place that promotes Altruistic Wellness!

Our volunteer care staff of nearly 50 donate the care that helps hundreds.

Last night Kristina and I were able to host a thank you for our staff of volunteers. We shared the story about when we opened Kin on Dec. 8 2021, we took the first three months to do nothing but on-board cancer patients and caregivers.

We did this so we could learn from them, to thoughtfully build our programming slate. What were their hopes and desires from Kin? Well, let's just say they hoped for A LOT! There was a time when Kristina and I doubted if we could fulfill the need. Then, like magic, local practitioners and instructors started to reach out and meet with us to offer services. We soon realized we would not only be able to provide all they wished for, we could actually exceed their expectations! And we have been working hard to do that year-after-year.

To our relief, Kristina and I learned that it was not all on us. That we had so many people to lean on and that if we listened and facilitated, Kin would become what it needed to be. Kin's success is a direct result of talent and time offered by everyone who has walked through our door.

So Altruistic Wellness, which is simply circular well-being, is the best way to describe what makes Kin so special!

We are grateful to all of our awesome volunteers, donors, sponsors, partners, collaborators and supporters!

Thank you!!

And just like that... two days before the end of our Kin Kind Match we reached our goal. ๐Ÿ˜

$20,000 was offered from an anonymous donor, the community stepped up and matched that donation, gifting Kin a total of $40,000 in community donations to close out 2025!

Now in the spirit of giving, there is two days left before we close the match campaign, so if you want to donate, we won't deny you the opportunity ๐Ÿ˜‰

Weโ€™ve got a problem. Kin opened its doors on December 8, 2021 and today marks the first day of our 5th year.

So whatโ€™s the problem? Welpโ€ฆ itโ€™s impossible to encapsulate what this milestone means to us in a short and refined social post.

For the rest of you, and in an effort to adhere to the succinct social scroll stipulations in the spirit of small digestible snippets and bite size quips, we will just say....
