Here is some great information on healthy eating that can reduce inflammation in your body and help you feel better! Your food should be naturally colorful: aim to "eat a rainbow" each day. I love the common sense advice to "eat fewer foods that come from packages and more that come from the ground." Summer is a great time to make this shift since more healthy foods are in season.

When starting an anti-inflammation diet, one should make the switch gradually. That means avoiding "ultra-processed" foods and sticking to a diet of whole, unprocessed foods, with no added sugar....
