My name is Kristy Cooper and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist (Alabama License #5530) and Level III Reiki Master. I have been practicing massage therapy for over two years with experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, and more. I have been practicing Reiki for 1 year and have practice in both in-person and distance Reiki. Massage therapy is helpful for both mental and physical relaxation. Whether easing stress, promoting circulation to maintain vitality, or working on areas of tension we will build a custom treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Reiki is a light to no touch treatment modality focused on facilitating the body's natural ability to heal itself by channeling universal life force energy (the energy contained within us all) to bring balance back to areas that may be out of balance, creating illness or imbalances in our lives. In addition, Reiki is a great treatment option for those who are unable to receive massage therapy due to contraindications. Neither massage therapy or reiki is intended to diagnose or cure medical conditions. Please speak with your physician if you are unsure if massage therapy is appropriate for you. Some conditions may require a doctor's note releasing you for massage therapy. All treatments are strictly therapeutic in nature and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
