Trying to conceive with PCOS and feeling a little lost?

Start with your blood sugar first 🙌🏻

If you are feeling overwhelmed it’s always good to start with just ONE small change and balancing your blood sugar is foundational—especially with PCOS. When your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster, your hormones follow. And that can make ovulation inconsistent or even disappear altogether.

But don’t fear my friend..you can change that and YES you can get pregnant!

But just know that stable blood sugar = stable hormones = better chances of conception 🥳

In light of recent decisions by the state of Alabama concerning IVF, I wanted to remind everyone that you still have other options if your clinic is putting things on hold.

Mercier Therapy is a fantastic option for women trying to get pregnant naturally or prepare for IVF.

In a medical study:
- 48 women underwent Mercier Therapy. 18 were pregnant within 6 months. 22 were pregnant within a year.
