✔️ E/M office visit & injection billing knowledge
✔️ Experience working denials, rejections & aging A/R
✔️ Familiarity with Medicare & commercial payer guidelines
✔️ Strong attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable speaking with insurance companies and patients
✔️ EHR/billing software experience
