Hi, yoga newbies and practitioners! Yoga Aims is building a yoga walking-hiking group to start in the Fall 2025. The group plans to meet and explore the beautiful nature-inspired sites of Gadsden and its neighboring areas (including Little River Canyon!). Walking/Hiking activity is very simple. The duration is about one hour. No previous experience is required. All you need is the intention to move and breathe, to create new friends or renew relationships, to enjoy the Fall weather. Fee is minimal and the amount would go to a local charity. Leave your name in the comment section if you are 100% motivated to join. Even one person is enough for this yoga walking & hiking activity to proceed but we would love more participants to walk and hike with. See you soon!
