Rest is so important after wisdom teeth surgery to ensure a smooth recovery. Our team recommends taking at least 2-3 days off from work or school, possibly more depending on the complexity of the surgery.

The first few days after surgery, focus on resting and applying cold compresses to your face to reduce swelling. You may experience some pain and discomfort, but medication should help manage it. After 1-2 weeks, you can usually gradually return to your normal activities, but avoid strenuous exercise.
