This gentleman came to us experiencing discomfort with one of his front teeth and feeling unhappy with the overall appearance of his smile. After a comprehensive exam, Dr. Ross discovered a root fracture on tooth #9, which unfortunately required extraction.

To restore both function and esthetics, the patient chose to move forward with a custom anterior bridge and the transformation speaks for itself! We’re thrilled with the final result, and we think you will be too.

Curious about the smile transformation from our last post? Here’s a closer look at the treatment behind it! 🦷✨

For the upper, Dr. Ross extracted the remaining teeth and had a denture fabricated to replace them. This was the best option given their condition. On the lower, we were able to save and restore several teeth, allowing us to fabricate a partial denture instead of a full one.

Partials are a great option when they’re possible. They anchor to existing teeth, making them more stable and comfortable to wear. We were able to give her a smile that not only looks natural but also feels great and functions the way it should.

This sweet lady came to us feeling really anxious about the dentist and wanted to find a place where she could feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Ross took the time to build trust and walk her through every step before we started any work. After discussing her options, we moved forward with full upper extractions and made her a beautiful, natural-looking denture. In the lower, we were able to save several teeth and make her a strong partial, restoring both her smile and ability to chew comfortably. She’s now smiling with confidence and we’re so proud to be part of her journey!

This lovely patient came to us looking to improve both the appearance and function of her existing implant crown. She was also ready to replace her front partial and fully restore her other implant with a permanent, non-removable solution. Dr. Ross talked with her and they decided to fabricate splinted crowns that were screw retained to her implants, giving her a much stronger and longer-lasting restoration. We also added pink porcelain near the gumline for a natural, seamless blend. We’re so proud of the result, and even more thrilled to see her smiling with confidence again!
