Our well qualified and dedicated staff, including social workers, registered nurses, therapists, dietitians and activities professionals will work with you to develop the best plan of care to maximize your health and well being. For our rehab patients, our facilities provide therapeutic services and skilled nursing care to get you well again as soon as possible, in a safe and home-like environment. Our therapists work together with an interdisciplinary team to formulate a plan of care under the guidance of your personal physician to meet your goals for improvement. We are proud to offer an environment conducive to healing, with welcoming, well-lighted spaces for meeting with friends and families, both indoors and out. Monthly activities include social gatherings, holiday festivities, games, discussions, religious programs and community outings. Our schedules and events are constantly updated and improved on to reflect the interests of our residents. Today we had the honor of celebrating our residents who have bravely served our country. Our Veterans Day program was filled with gratitude, pride, and heartfelt moments as we recognized each of our heroes.

A special thank-you to The Elks Club, Zackery’s, Agape Hospice, and especially to Dean Wyatt, a proud Marine, for his meaningful role in pinning our veterans. Your presence and support made this day truly memorable.

Brookview won overall all best pumpkin for the contest from Agape out of many facilities that participated in the event. The jellyfish took home the win and it swam away with first place.

Wow is all we can say, Yesterday we had a great turnout for our trunk or treat. With the cold weather and rain, thought attendance was going to be down. Nope the community showed up and supported our trunk or treat inside. Thank you to everyone that was a part of the event from buying candy to donate, handing out candy, to bringing kids in for trick or treating. We greatly appreciate it and look forward to making next year bigger. Our resident absolutely enjoyed seeing all the kids dressed up and handed out candy.
