We have been informed the number that was given to schedule appointments does not always provide you with the necessary VAMS login. The most efficient way to request this at the moment is https://www.spartanburgregional.com/sign-up-vaccine. Once you are signed up, our location is named “Cherokee County” in the system. If we are lucky enough to get more vaccines, we will try to simplify this process.
