For instance, a light pink mark often signifies a smooth and healthy flow of blood circulation, indicating that there are no blockages present. In contrast, darker shades, such as deep purples, may suggest the presence of stagnation, indicating that Qi or blood flow has been restricted.

Silicone cupping in motion by our LMT🌿

This technique is called gliding (dynamic) cupping, where gentle suction is applied and the cup is slowly moved across the tissue, providing a relaxing, soothing rhythm to further promote relaxation.

Instead of staying in one place like traditional cupping, this approach:
• lifts and decompresses fascial layers
• encourages circulation and lymphatic flow
• helps release deep muscular tension patterns
• supports nervous system downregulation

It’s one of our favorite tools for clients who feel:
