There’s a line from The Year of You that really stayed with me:
“I’m looking for the seekers… the ones who know there’s more to life than living the same day on repeat.”
If that resonates with you — even a little — I want to invite you to something special.
We’re welcoming Sarah DeBlock back to Rasa Yoga School this May to celebrate her new book The Year of You and guide us through an immersive workshop experience.
This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about slowing down, getting curious, and reconnecting with what’s already within you.
Through a blend of movement, meditation, and journaling, you’ll begin to explore what your heart is calling for — and take the first step toward it.
If you’ve been feeling the pull for something deeper, more intentional, or more aligned… this is for you.

Hi friends,
I wanted to share a little reflection from Sarah DeBlock’s new book The Year of You as I’ve just started reading it.
There’s a passage early on that speaks to “the seekers… the ones who feel there is more to life than living the same day on repeat.” That line really stayed with me, and it feels especially meaningful as we prepare to welcome Sarah back to the studio this May.
Her upcoming workshop, The Year of You on May 3rd, is an opportunity to slow down and spend some intentional time exploring what’s truly important to you. Through a combination of movement, meditation, and journaling, the experience is designed to support clarity, self-understanding, and a deeper connection to what you’re wanting to create in your life.
If this idea of becoming more curious about yourself, your patterns, and your direction resonates, I think you would really enjoy this offering. Comment JOY below for the link to register.
