Sacred Centers: The Experiential Chakra Flow

This 90-minute workshop invites you to experience the chakra system through movement, breath, and awareness — not just learn about it.

We’ll begin with a clear, accessible overview, then move through a guided full-spectrum flow designed to help you sense each energy center directly in the body.

This is a space to connect subtle awareness with practical embodiment — supporting clarity, balance, and integration you can carry into daily life.

✨ Foundational + deeply experiential
✨ Movement, breath, and energetic awareness
✨ Tools you can continue using beyond the workshop

Your registration includes access to the Sacred Centers course with Heather & Tara so you can revisit and integrate the teachings after we practice together.

Investment options available for short-term or full course access. Comment Flow below for the link to register!

Everything around us is made of elements — we feel them in the cold, the wind, the stillness, the movement of daily life — and those same elements live within you. In Discover Ayurveda, we explore how the five elements and three doshas shape your unique constitution and influence how you move, feel, and respond to the world around you. This 90-minute in-person workshop offers a clear, embodied introduction to Ayurvedic principles so you can recognize your own patterns and learn simple, practical ways to support balance in your yoga practice and everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to Ayurveda or returning to refresh your understanding, this is a space to learn, reflect, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. You’ll also receive access to a private WhatsApp group with Heather for two weeks after the workshop for continued support and integration. We’d love to welcome you to Rasa Yoga School. Space is limited — reserve your spot. Comment Elements below for the link to register!

Today we celebrate the release of The Year of You by Sarah DeBlock — a guided journal devoted to awakening the joy that already lives within you. 🤍

To honor the launch, we’re gathering at Rasa Yoga School for a special workshop experience inspired by the book.

Together we’ll slow down, listen inward, and clarify what your heart is truly calling for — then take one grounded, meaningful step toward it.

Through movement, meditation, journaling, and reflection, you’ll create space for clarity, direction, and self-trust to emerge.

✨ Grounding asana practice
✨ Guided meditation for inner clarity
✨ Journaling to name what matters most
✨ One intentional next step forward
✨ Integration in community

Your registration includes a copy of The Year of You, or a ticket option to receive The Year of Sarah at 50% off.

If you joined us for last year’s workshop, this is a beautiful continuation. If you’re new, you are warmly welcome.

Come ready to listen inward — and leave ready to begin.

“If you’re breathing, you’re doing yoga.”

I say this often in class — and it’s exactly why I’m offering our Basics of Pranayama mini workshop.

✨ Chandra & Surya Bhedana
✨ Gentle breath retention

Offered on a sliding scale (suggested $10).
Details + registration are linked.

Join us on Sunday, February 22nd from 12:30–1:30 PM for a foundational pranayama class focused on understanding the breath—how it works, why it matters, and how to use it intentionally.

In this workshop-style class, we’ll slow things down and explore accessible breathing practices that support the nervous system, energy levels, and mental clarity. You’ll learn how different breath patterns affect the body and mind, and how to apply them both on and off the mat.

This offering is especially supportive if you’ve felt curious about breathwork, unsure about pranayama cues in class, or are looking for practical tools to feel calmer and more regulated in daily life.

Friends, I’m so happy to share that Myofascial Release with Agnes is coming back on Sunday, February 8 at 3:00 PM.

If you’ve taken this class before, you know how special it is. And if you haven’t yet, this is a beautiful opportunity to experience deep, supported release—both physically and energetically. Agnes has a way of creating space that allows the body to unwind at its own pace, leaving you feeling more open, regulated, and at ease.

A little heads up: these classes tend to fill fast, so I wanted to make sure our community knew early. If your body has been craving rest, release, or something slower and more intentional, this is a wonderful place to start.

We’re excited to offer something new this February ✨

Starting in February, we’re adding a virtual-only Monday 6am series designed to support a consistent morning practice—right from home.

This is for you if mornings feel like the hardest time to choose yourself, but you know how powerful it is when you do. A steady, guided practice can set the tone for your entire week—helping you feel grounded, clear, and more connected before the day fully begins.

No commute. No rushing. Just show up, roll out your mat, and practice together from wherever you are. Plan to have your camera on to feel connected to your community.

Perfect if you’ve been wanting to build consistency, return to early mornings gently, or stay connected when getting to the studio isn’t possible.
