Join us on Sunday, February 22nd from 12:30–1:30 PM for a foundational pranayama class focused on understanding the breath—how it works, why it matters, and how to use it intentionally.
In this workshop-style class, we’ll slow things down and explore accessible breathing practices that support the nervous system, energy levels, and mental clarity. You’ll learn how different breath patterns affect the body and mind, and how to apply them both on and off the mat.
This offering is especially supportive if you’ve felt curious about breathwork, unsure about pranayama cues in class, or are looking for practical tools to feel calmer and more regulated in daily life.
