Join us on Sunday, February 22nd from 12:30–1:30 PM for a foundational pranayama class focused on understanding the breath—how it works, why it matters, and how to use it intentionally.

In this workshop-style class, we’ll slow things down and explore accessible breathing practices that support the nervous system, energy levels, and mental clarity. You’ll learn how different breath patterns affect the body and mind, and how to apply them both on and off the mat.

This offering is especially supportive if you’ve felt curious about breathwork, unsure about pranayama cues in class, or are looking for practical tools to feel calmer and more regulated in daily life.

Friends, I’m so happy to share that Myofascial Release with Agnes is coming back on Sunday, February 8 at 3:00 PM.

If you’ve taken this class before, you know how special it is. And if you haven’t yet, this is a beautiful opportunity to experience deep, supported release—both physically and energetically. Agnes has a way of creating space that allows the body to unwind at its own pace, leaving you feeling more open, regulated, and at ease.

A little heads up: these classes tend to fill fast, so I wanted to make sure our community knew early. If your body has been craving rest, release, or something slower and more intentional, this is a wonderful place to start.

We’re excited to offer something new this February ✨

Starting in February, we’re adding a virtual-only Monday 6am series designed to support a consistent morning practice—right from home.

This is for you if mornings feel like the hardest time to choose yourself, but you know how powerful it is when you do. A steady, guided practice can set the tone for your entire week—helping you feel grounded, clear, and more connected before the day fully begins.

No commute. No rushing. Just show up, roll out your mat, and practice together from wherever you are. Plan to have your camera on to feel connected to your community.

Perfect if you’ve been wanting to build consistency, return to early mornings gently, or stay connected when getting to the studio isn’t possible.

Two years of Rasa Yoga Ohio… and my heart is so full. 💜
I truly can’t believe it’s already been two years, and none of this would be possible without you—every way you’ve shown up, practiced, shared, supported, or simply held us in your awareness.

This January, we’re celebrating the only way that feels right: together.
A cozy soup potluck inspired by our teacher Agnes, in the heart of winter—when it’s cold, dark, and exactly the time to gather, nourish, and connect.

Bring a soup, bring yourself, bring your family. Or bring nothing at all—there will be plenty. We’ll have crafts for kiddos (and kids-at-heart), warmth, laughter, and community.

There’s something really special about the people who choose to show up early—before the day begins, before the noise, before the to-do list takes over. Our 6am students bring such dedication, consistency, and heart to the mat, and we are endlessly inspired by you.

Starting January 7, we’re making a small shift so we can support that rhythm even more:
🕕 Friday Wake Up Call Plus with Agnes is moving to Wednesdays

That means we now offer 6am classes Monday through Thursday, giving you more opportunities to start your day grounded, energized, and connected.

Whether you’ve been part of our early-morning crew for years or you’re thinking about making 6am your time, we’d love to practice with you. There’s nothing quite like moving and breathing together as the day begins.

Here’s to steady practice, strong community, and meeting ourselves on the mat—no matter the hour. 💜

This December, 21 students showed up for 12+ classes and 4 reached an incredible 24+ classes—proof that steady practice really does add up, even during the busiest time of year.

Starting January 4th, our Sunday evening class is gently evolving into Restorative + Journaling, offering a slower and more intentional way to close your weekend and step into the week ahead.

We’ll begin with deeply nourishing restorative yoga, just as you know and love, and then we’ll create a few quiet minutes at the end of class to simply be. You’ll have the option to journal, meditate, or even color—whatever feels most supportive in that moment. This time is meant to help you integrate your practice, set intentions, and move into your week feeling clear, grounded, and steady rather than rushed.

You’re welcome to bring a journal if you have one, and we’ll have paper available as well. Come exactly as you are—this practice is about listening inward, slowing down, and giving yourself permission to land.

We would love to hold this space with you on Sunday nights.

✨ Kids Yoga returns to Rasa Yoga on January 10th! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome our younger community members back into the studio for movement, creativity, and connection. This session, we’re offering two age-specific classes designed to meet kids right where they are.

🧘‍♀️ Little Yogis & Big Hearts
Ages 4–9 with a grown-up
A playful, heart-centered class where kiddos and caregivers can move, breathe, and explore together while building connection and confidence.

🎨 Tween Yoga & Craft
Ages 9–13
A thoughtful mix of mindful movement and creative expression, offering tweens a space to unwind, build self-awareness, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already enjoys time on the mat, these classes are a wonderful way to introduce mindfulness, movement, and joy into their week.

As we step into the New Year, we’re honoring this transitional space—where rest, reflection, and gentle re-entry support us just as much as fresh intention.

Here’s our special schedule for New Year week:

• Sunday–Tuesday: Regular class schedule
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM All Levels Flow
• Thursday (New Year’s Day): 12:00 PM New Year Intention Setting
• Friday: Regular schedule resumes

This is a beautiful week to move slowly, reconnect with your practice, and set intentions without pressure—meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Please be sure to check the app to book your classes ahead of time, as schedules can shift during the holiday week.

I wanted to share a special invitation with you. We have just a few spaces left for our New Year’s Day Intention Setting practice, and I would love for you to be there.

We did this last year, and it was incredibly powerful — students shared that the intentions they set truly unfolded throughout the year. As we step into 2026, this is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and consciously choose how you want to move forward.

This class will include journaling, gentle movement, and Yoga Nidra to help you clarify and seal your intentions for the year ahead. It’s a supportive, grounding way to begin the new year — not from pressure or hustle, but from clarity and care.

The class is free with membership, and drop-ins are welcome if you’re not a member. With limited spots remaining, I encourage you to save yours soon.

As we move into the holiday week, our schedule will have a few gentle adjustments to support rest, family time, and spaciousness.

Next week we’ll be offering a slightly modified in-studio schedule. We invite you to check the app for the most up-to-date class offerings and to book ahead, as some classes may be limited.

A reminder to our members: you also have access to our on-demand library of movement and meditation classes, available anytime to support your practice on your schedule. Whether you’re traveling, gathering with family, or simply craving a quiet moment at home, these practices are there for you.

This time of year can be full in many ways — joyful, tender, busy, and quiet all at once. Whether you join us in the studio, practice on demand, or take a few intentional breaths wherever you are, know that your practice counts and you’re held in this community.
