Similar to most people, I was extremely nervous walking into my first yoga studio as I had no idea what to expect and feared I would be the worst in the room. While the yoga community is extremely supportive and non-judgmental, I can relate with those initial feelings and courage that it takes to get started. If you have never tried yoga or you consider yourself a beginner, this is a perfect place for you to start and/or continue your development! I work with clients one-on-one or in small group settings in order to provide individual attention. I am currently scheduling outdoor sessions or in-home appointments in the Greater Columbus area. We hear this one a lot. And honestly, it makes sense.
If your idea of a workout is leaving completely exhausted, yoga might not look like what you expect.
But a good workout is truly measured by how your body feels AFTERWARD... how it functions the rest of your day.

So if you’ve tried yoga before and didn’t love it, it’s probably time to try a different style class to see what’s possible.

Rachel has very thoughtfully created a Choose Your Own Strength Training Adventure worksheet for all attendees to take with them, that will guide you through how to build your own workout at home.
