Mrs. Fortner was admitted to Bell Minor Home after an ankle fracture left her non-weightbearing and dependent on total assistance for daily activities and mobility. With skilled therapy, she now ambulates with standby assistance and completes daily tasks with supervision. She is preparing to discharge back to the community soon.
