She initially required maximum assistance with all mobility and daily activities, but after receiving skilled therapy, she can now perform tasks with modified independence. Mrs. Moran will be returning home with her spouse this week.

With skilled therapy, she now ambulates with standby assistance and completes daily tasks with supervision. She is preparing to discharge back to the community soon.
