🍪 National Pecan Cookie Day 🍪
Sweet, nutty, and oh-so-delicious — it’s the perfect day to celebrate with a fresh batch of pecan cookies!
Here’s a quick and easy recipe to try:
Easy Pecan Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
👉 Mix ingredients, roll into small balls, flatten slightly, and bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes.
