It's about time for introductions!

Howdy, I’m Keely 🌱 I’m a licensed massage therapist based out of Gainesville, FL since 2018, though my studies in bodywork go back 10+ years. My work is informed heavily by my own lived experience with disability, surgery, trauma, and chronic pain.

I’m always on the lookout for ways to help my diverse clientele manage their pain, be it based in chronic lifelong disability, or acute injury and stress. I specialize in neuromuscular trigger point therapy, but I don’t mistake the map for the territory – I’ll take the most effective approach based on my client’s needs, which can change day-to-day, or even within the course of the session.

Every session is a collaborative practice – my goals are always to empower you to manage your pain, prevent injuries, establish boundaries, and foster a positive relationship with your body, because you and your bod deserve to be buddies 🌱
