Pregnancy itself plus the surgery and scar tissue from a cesarean often create their own set of issues and are still so important to be screened postpartum for optimal healing! April is Cesarean Awareness month! We’re offering free 15 min consults for c-section mamas to get their scar evaluated, learn how to massage the scar and how it can impact other pelvic floor symptoms like diastasis, the “shelf”, pain with s3x, back and hip pain, incontinence, etc.

We often hear “I had a c-section so why am I leaking (or insert urinary urgency, abdominal pain, etc) but c-sections do NOT = no pelvic floor symptoms. They are not the easy way out and often contribute to many frustrating issues postpartum. We got you mama- schedule your consult and learn how you can improve your scar!

Dr. Susan and Dr. Payton had a fabulous time learning more about at the Endo Summit this weekend in Orlando! This continues to be one of our favorite conferences due to its multidisciplinary approach with surgeons, PTs, dietitians, mental health, and patient advocacy involved.
