Presenting ✨postpartum bootcamp✨!! For the first time and I (Payton) are excited to offer a fourth trimester course. We’re breaking down the basics of breastfeeding / feeding your LO, core strength and return to exercise, pelvic floor postpartum (leaking, constipation, return to s3x, etc), baby sleep training, and more! I went through my insurnace benefits yesterday as I was submitting some OON claims for myself and thought to check out what my In Network benefits were just for fun. Here they are! On the surface $80 copay sounds better than $150 (what I paid out of pocket to my therapist) EXCEPT I also have to pay an unknown number for the rest of the session that can cost up to $400 per treatment! (What i was actually quoted by an in network PT).

Some insurance plans are different and I totally get that! But this is a real life example how how out of network/direct pay providers really do make services more accessible and affordable.
