We had such a special visit today with sweet therapy dog Allie Mae and her wonderful owner, Meghan! 🐾💕

We’ve definitely been missing her visits while she was out recovering from an ACL tear, but we’re so happy to see she is healing nicely and back doing what she loves! 💛

Our residents absolutely lit up spending time with Allie Mae, there’s just something so comforting and joyful about a furry friend’s visit. From smiles to snuggles, it truly made everyone’s day a little brighter.

To celebrate her return (and National Therapy Dog Day! 🦴🐶), we surprised her with a few toys as a welcome back gift and we think she definitely approves! 🧸🐾

We are so grateful for the love, companionship, and happiness therapy dogs bring into our community. Thank you, Meghan and Allie Mae, for sharing your time and hearts with us, we can’t wait for your next visit! 💛

🌸✨ May Activities Calendar is Here! ✨🌸

We are so excited to share everything we have planned for May 2026 in our Independent & Assisted Living community! From fitness classes and creative crafts to outings, games, live entertainment, and special events like our Mother’s Day Family Dinner, there is something for everyone to enjoy. 💐

Our residents can look forward to staying active with exercise programs, getting creative with crafts, enjoying social gatherings, and relaxing with our weekly movie features. We’re especially excited for outings like the library visit, shopping trips, and our special celebrations throughout the month!

We also want to wish a very Happy Birthday to all of our May birthday residents, we can’t wait to celebrate you! 🎂🎉

As Lady Bird Johnson said, “Where flowers bloom, so does hope.” 🌷 We’re looking forward to a month full of joy, connection, and beautiful moments together.

Join us on Friday, May 8th from 4:30–6:30 PM for our Mother’s Day Family Dinner an evening filled with delicious food, beautiful spring flavors, and time well spent with loved ones.

Our menu features:
✨ Fresh starters like spring salad and shrimp cocktail
✨ Delicious entrées including stuffed primavera chicken, homemade crab cakes, and mushroom ravioli
✨ Tasty sides like roasted spring vegetables, herbed potatoes, and more
✨ Sweet desserts like caramel apple pie, dulce de leche cake, and chocolate mousse

We had such a wonderful time hosting an intergenerational trivia and story time with a fantastic group of homeschooled children! 📚✨

The kids did an absolutely amazing job participating in trivia, showing off just how smart, curious, and thoughtful they are. We were so impressed by their knowledge and enthusiasm! Between questions, we shared stories, laughter, and great conversations that brought everyone together in such a special way.

It was truly heartwarming to see different generations connecting, learning from one another, and enjoying each other’s company. We are so grateful to these wonderful students for spending the day with us, we can’t wait to welcome them back again soon! 💙

We had such a wonderful day out at Silver Lake Park with our amazing residents! 🎣☀️

The weather was absolutely perfect, making it an ideal day to relax and enjoy the outdoors together. A few of our residents had some great luck and reeled in some fish, bringing lots of smiles and excitement to the day! Even those who didn’t fish enjoyed sitting by the water, soaking in the sunshine, and cheering everyone on.

We topped it all off with a lovely picnic, filled with good food, laughter, and even better company. Days like these are what it’s all about creating joyful moments and lasting memories together. 💙

Each week, we look forward to getting out into the community, and our shopping trips have become a favorite tradition. From picking out personal items to browsing seasonal décor and enjoying a little retail therapy, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

It’s more than just shopping, it’s about independence, choice, and making meaningful moments together. We’re already looking forward to next week’s adventure! 💙

There’s nothing like a little creativity and fresh air to brighten the day! 🪁💙

Our memory care residents had a wonderful time designing and crafting their very own kites, each one as unique as the person who made it. From colorful patterns to special personal touches, their creativity truly took flight!

With the perfect windy weather on our side, we headed outside to see their creations soar. Watching the kites dance across the sky brought so much joy, laughter, and a sense of accomplishment to everyone involved.

Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to create, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasures together. 💕

🍽️ Harper’s Station Weekly Menu Spotlight! 🍽️
We’re excited to share another delicious week of dining ahead at Harper’s Station, running Sunday, April 26th through Saturday, May 2nd, 2026!
Each day features a wonderful variety of breakfast favorites, hearty lunches, and chef-inspired dinners, along with fresh salads, comforting soups, and delightful desserts.
Some highlights this week include:
🥞 Breakfast classics like pancakes, French toast casserole, and assorted danish
🥗 Fresh lunch options such as shrimp po’ boys, quiche florentine, and margherita flatbread
🍗 Comforting dinners including lemon dill salmon, braised beef tips, chicken cacciatore, and baked game hen
🍰 Sweet treats like pecan pie, chocolate cream pie, strawberry cream pie, and more!
Our culinary team continues to serve up meals that are both nourishing and full of flavor for our residents to enjoy every day.

🎲✨ Casino Night was a hit at our community! ✨🎲

Residents tried their luck and had an absolute blast enjoying a full lineup of games including blackjack, roulette, exciting horse races, and even a human slot machine! 🎰 We also had lottery tickets in the mix but of course, we can’t forget everyone’s favorite… BINGO! 💛

Throughout the night, winners collected tickets that were entered into a raffle for some fun prizes at the end. The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and lots of lucky moments!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening of fun and games! 🍀

Nothing beats sunshine, laughter, and a little friendly competition! ☀️🫧

Our memory care residents had an absolute blast enjoying the beautiful weather with a bubbly “bubble war”! Smiles were everywhere as bubbles filled the air and everyone joined in on the fun.

Spring is in full bloom in our Memory Care neighborhood! 🌸

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing and creative afternoon painting beautiful lilacs, celebrating the colors and beauty of the season. This craft was not only fun, but also a wonderful way to spark memories, encourage self-expression, and bring a sense of calm and joy.

Each piece turned out as unique and lovely as the artist behind it our walls are now filled with springtime cheer! 💜
