SNOW IS BACK! We’re closed after 3 PM today (Tuesday) and all day on Wednesday. We’ll be back on Thursday.

Many patients will have received new insurance cards for 2025, and there may be changes to benefits or networks. There are new United Healthcare plans that are now underwritten by Optimum Choice, with whom we are not in network. Your new card will have "underwritten by Optimum Choice" on the bottom right. BCBS has new Healthkeepers plans, and again this information will be on the bottom right of your card. We are not in the network for Healthkeepers. If you have received a new card, whomever your insurer is, we strongly advise that you contact the members services number on the back of your card, or visit the insurer's website to confirm out-of-network benefits and or referral requirements before your appointment.

It looks like there won’t be much accumulation tonight but some icy conditions tomorrow. We’re opening as planned but be careful of slippery surfaces. Have a safe holiday.

It’s looking pretty hazardous all the way until Monday evening. As of now we’re hopeful for a Tuesday 1 PM opening if there is enough road clearance for our patients and staff to safely commute. Tuesday patients should have received text updates as well. We’ll start the process of rescheduling appointments once we’re back in the office. Thanks for your patience.
