"Leaking, pressure, or core weakness? You’re not alone...and Ashley is here to help.

These concerns are more common than you think, but they’re not always talked about.

Ashley, our pelvic floor physical therapist, helps patients with things like:
✨ leaking with coughing, sneezing, or exercise
✨ pelvic pain
✨ pregnancy & postpartum recovery
✨ core weakness
✨ pressure or heaviness in the pelvis
✨ safely returning to exercise

Ashley also offers internal pelvic floor physical therapy, which allows for a more thorough assessment of how the pelvic floor muscles are functioning.

If you’ve been wondering whether pelvic floor PT could help you, this is a great place to start.

📩 DM us “PELVIC” to apply for a Discovery Call with Ashley.

𝗣𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

It matters when you’re pregnant.
It matters postpartum.
It matters as our bodies change through the years… all the way through menopause.

But most of us were never taught how this part of our body works or how to support it.

So instead, women quietly deal with leaking, heaviness, pressure, or a core that just doesn’t feel quite right. And it doesn’t have to be that way.

That’s why we’re hosting a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 — a space for women to learn, ask questions, and support each other.
Because this kind of knowledge should be shared, normalized, and accessible to all women.

If you’re measuring your hip recovery by pain, you might think you’re failing. 😔

But pain isn’t the same as progress.

Your pain can change based on sleep, stress, activity, or inflammation — which means it doesn’t always reflect the healing happening underneath.

Real progress often looks like:
✨ sitting longer
✨ walking smoother
✨ flare-ups calming down faster

If recovery has felt messy or up and down, you’re not doing it wrong. Your body just needs time, strategy, and consistency.

💾 Save this if you needed the reminder today.

Can we talk about something for a second?
So many women have told me some version of this:

“I 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘰𝘳 𝘫𝘶𝘮𝘱… 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘐 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭.”

And honestly? I’m not surprised they think that.

Because no one ever teaches us what the pelvic floor actually does…
or how to support it so our bodies feel strong and connected.

So women just adapt.
They cross their legs when they sneeze.
They avoid jumping workouts.
They ignore that heavy or disconnected feeling.

But you deserve to understand your body — not just work around it.

That’s why we’re offering a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 where we’ll talk about what’s actually going on and what you can start doing to support your body.

Leaking with jumping or sneezing. A core that never feels connected." A heaviness you can't explain...

Too many women think these symptoms are “normal"... They are not. And they’re definitely not something you have to live with.

These are often signs that your pelvic floor needs support.
The problem is, most women were never taught how the pelvic floor actually works… or how it connects to the rest of the core.

That’s why we’re co-hosting a special 𝗣𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 with on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟮-𝟭𝗽𝗺.

In this workshop you’ll learn:
• how the pelvic floor supports your core and movement
• why symptoms like leaking or heaviness happen
• simple strategies to help your body feel stronger and more connected

This workshop is for any woman who feels like something in her body is just a little “off” and is ready to finally learn how to fix it.

If you’ve been wondering what’s going on with your body — this is a great place to start.

You don’t need 15 exercises. You need 2–3 that you know work.

That’s it.

Independence with hip pain doesn’t happen overnight. In the beginning, it feels uncertain.

But over time — through a little trial and error — you start to notice: “This movement calms things down.” or “This one makes it worse.”

And eventually, you build what I call your non-negotiables — your emergency plan.

Two or three predictable movements that you’ve tested. That your body trusts. That consistently settle your pain.

That’s how you stop guessing and spiraling.
That’s how you become independent.

Looking for support in building your plan? DM us today to schedule your complimentary discovery call!

Let’s keep it simple:
🟡 Before you perform—don’t skip your carbs
🟡 After you perform—get your protein in

You don’t need anything fancy. Just consistent fuel to support your energy, recovery, and performance.

If you’re tired of guessing what to eat and when… let’s build a plan that works for you.

At our clinic, we see this all the time. Patients assume that if their pain hasn’t dropped yet, physical therapy isn’t working.

But pain fluctuates for a lot of reasons — stress, sleep, activity levels, even what you did yesterday.

What we look for instead are the real signs of progress:
✨ Sitting longer without irritation
✨ Walking a little farther
✨ Flare-ups calming down faster
✨ Movement feeling smoother

Those small wins are often the first signs your body is adapting.

Recovery from hip pain isn’t a straight line. It’s normal for it to feel a little up and down along the way.

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your progress, we’re here to help.

👉 Apply for a discovery call through the link in bio and let’s talk through what’s going on with your hip.

✨Testimonial Tuesday ✨

When Maddie first came to us, she was an 18-year-old dancer with bilateral labral tears and a lot of uncertainty about her future in dance.

Pain had started to chip away at her confidence… and she wasn’t sure what was still possible.

With a plan designed specifically for her body and the demands of dance, Maddie rebuilt strength, control, and trust in her hips.

Now her teachers notice the difference, her friends ask her for advice, and most importantly — she loves dance again. ✨

Stories like Maddie’s are exactly why we do what we do.

If hip pain is making you question what’s possible for your body, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

📩 DM us “HIP” to apply for a Discovery Call and see if we’re the right fit to help you get back to doing what you love.
