Manual therapy for hip pain… does it work? 👀

Yes—but it’s not the whole picture.

It can help reduce pain and improve movement, especially early on.

A lot of people come in feeling frustrated because they’ve:
• Googled all the “right” exercises
• Been consistent with their rehab
• Done everything they were told to do

If an exercise is causing pain…
🚫 pushing through it isn’t the answer.

Your body is constantly giving you feedback.

✔️ What makes them feel better?
✔️ Can you modify instead of forcing it?
