Strong glutes are great—
But if your hip still hurts after doing all the bridges, band walks, and clamshells… that’s probably not your problem (And you might actually be making things worse).

Here’s the truth:
Strength without the right movement patterns?
It just reinforces dysfunction.

Most people only train glute max (the big, powerful muscle) but completely miss the deep stabilizers that actually control the hip.
Without those, you get tension, poor control, and yep… more anterior hip pain.

What you really need is better stability and control:
🌀 Learning to find the small muscles that center and support your hip
🌀 Building patterns that your body can actually use in real life
🌀 Moving in ways that reduce stress on the joint—not just masking it with strength
