Happy SUNDAY!

Have you ever thought about scents and how to use them to bring in a sense of calm and relaxation by breathing in a pleasant scent? I hadn't in quite a while but then I got my diffuser out and paired it with my favorite scent ever which is Salt by Hearth and Home.

Sooooo glad I did that! It delights my senses in the best way by using an underutilized sense of mine for enjoyment and relaxation by breathing in the scent deeply and exhaling then repeating. Anxiety ebbs away. It's such a great way to chill out!

What about YOU? Is there a scent you are obsessed with that isn't food? Yea, I went there because food smells are easy to obsess over, but let's challenge ourselves and really think about it! Remember, sharing is caring and I wanna know! Drop your answer below and enjoy your Sunday fully!

TIME SENSITIVE REGARDING TONIGHT’S INDIGLOW SHORTS LIVE:

Instagram has made some changes for 2026. There is a screenshot here showing you that you have to have 1000 followers in order to do a live now on Instagram. IndiGLOW does not have 1000 followers yet however, I do feel this is something that will happen. Due to this new development, IndiGLOW will be changing the host of tonight‘s live to Facebook live.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone and take full responsibility for this error. As a therapist, I talk to my clients a lot about pivoting so that is what we will do. The show, as they say, must go on! Going live to feel the connection with viewers was what was most important so that’s the reasoning of the change from Instagram to Facebook for tonight’s very first IndiGLOW Shorts Live.
