Mackenzie’s therapeutic style uses an empathetic and compassionate person-centered approach. She uses a collaborative person-centered approach to support new skill development and increase self-awareness that leads to greater healing, self understanding and freedom. She draws from CBT, DBT, RODBT, ACT, ERP, and IFS, and practices from a Health at Every Size® perspective with an all-foods-fit philosophy.
