The Flash Technique offers a gentler way to begin processing distress, without needing to fully revisit painful memories. Healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—it can start in ways that feel safer, steadier, and more manageable.
While Flash is a powerful tool, it is still a clinical intervention and should be used with a trained, licensed therapist.
