2025 was a year of tremendous growth, both personally and professionally.

Several goals were hit. I was able to take a road trip through Utah and Colorado. And we added new team members and a second Momentum office.

None of this could have happened without investing in myself, working with wonderful mentors and expanding my circle.

Now there’s new goals, bigger dreams. So much to look forward to in 2026 and so much more to learn! 💪🚀🔥

In the beginning, Momentum Rehab and Chiropractic was a two-person show, but helping our community get moving and stay moving on the scale I had envisioned needed a team. Not just any team, one dedicated to hands-on, personalized care, breaking the mold of the chiropractic experience.
