UF NCPA Student Chapter - Gainesville NCPA represents America’s community pharmacies, with a focus in independent pharmacy.

If you are interested in gaining more knowledge of owning your own pharmacy, as well as learning leadership skills and getting involved with legislation, then NCPA is the organization for you! Here, you will be able to participate in several service learning projects and fundraisers with your fellow classmates and also meet with and learn from independent pharmacists from all over the state. We would love to have you join our Student Chapter of NCPA at the University of Florida located on the Gainesville Campus!

Hi everyone,

We hope everyone is doing well and safe from the storm!

On Tuesday, October 1st NCPA and APhA-ASP will be welcoming Dr. Theresa Tolle to our campus! Dr. Tolle is a distinguished leader in the pharmacy field, having served as the Immediate Past President of APhA and as the owner of Bay Street Pharmacy in Sebastian, FL. She will discuss her experiences with running an independent pharmacy and her advocacy work for our profession through APhA.

This event will be held in the MDL during Org Hour and is co-curricular approved. Better yet, there will be food! Please RSVP by Monday September 30th by 5pm to guarantee pizza with the link below.

Join NCPA along with APhA-ASP Operation Heart and Diabetes for a Point-of-Care Training Session on 8/28 at 4pm in Skills Lab! During this training, students will have the chance to develop necessary skills to perform effective blood pressure and blood glucose screenings. Participation in outreach events this semester requires successful completion of this training.
