This Mental Health Awareness Month, I want to offer a different framing.
What if your mental health isn't a problem to solve — but a signal worth getting curious about?
The tension in your chest.
The breath you've been holding.
The way you stay "on" even when you're exhausted.
These aren't signs that something is broken.
They're your body speaking.
This month, we're slowing down to listen — to the places we've been bracing, holding, and quietly managing it all.
