As the only industry-grade gluten test also available for home use (PTM #051101), we've been setting the standard for gluten testing for over 15 years. ELISA Technologies manufactures an easy to use home test that will quickly detect the presence of gluten in foods known as out EZ Gluten Test Kit. We are the same family-owned small business that has continuously produced EZ Gluten at our facility in Gainesville, Florida, USA since we developed it decades ago. Being one of the most sensitive tests on the market, EZ Gluten is proud to test and detect levels of gluten as low as 10 parts per million (ppm) in any food sample it tests. This simple test is small and portable, making it perfect for traveling or everyday use. Each test contains everything you need to perform the test and can be used to test individual ingredients in foods, beverages, or finished/cooked products. EZ Gluten was the first test to obtain certification by the AOAC as a rapid test for gluten, setting the standard for other such tests in the industry.

’Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, Not a stomach was stirring… because we tested it out.

The cookies were sampled with caution and care,
In hopes that no hidden gluten would be there.

The family was nestled all snug at the table,
Side-eyeing the gravy… but feeling more stable.

When out of the kitchen arose such a clatter,
Relax, it’s just someone asking, “Is this gluten-free, or does it matter?”

We tested the stuffing, the rolls, and the pie,
Because holiday cheer should not make you cry.

So eat all the cookies and spread all the cheer,
When your food is tested, there’s nothing to fear.

And in the end we heard him say, with a twinkle so bright
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a safe bite!
