ELISA Technologies manufactures an easy to use home test that will quickly detect the presence of gluten in foods known as out EZ Gluten Test Kit. We are the same family-owned small business that has continuously produced EZ Gluten at our facility

in Gainesville, Florida, USA since we developed it decades ago. Being one of the most sensitive tests on the market, EZ Gluten is proud to test and detect levels of gluten as low as 10 parts per million (ppm) in any food sample it tests. This simple test is small and portable, making it perfect for traveling or everyday use. Each test contains everything you need to perform the test and can be used to test individual ingredients in foods, beverages, or finished/cooked products. EZ Gluten was the first test to obtain certification by the AOAC as a rapid test for gluten, setting the standard for other such tests in the industry.
