From February 16th-22nd, we will be offering donation-based classes each day in support of immigrant justice. Each day, one or more classes will be offered with all proceeds donated to a trusted, local immigrant safety fund providing advocacy, protection, and support for immigrants navigating the uncertainty of the current times. 

The more united we are as a collective, the greater our impact.

Together, we’ll breathe, stretch, and settle into simple, grounding movement supported by fresh air and open sky.

🧘February Focus of the Month: Sādhanā 🧘‍♀️

From the Sanskrit root sādh, meaning “to accomplish, to fulfill, to bring to completion,” sādhanā is the intentional effort that carries us toward what we seek.

What you seek may be deeper remembrance, self-realization, liberation, or personal transformation. Sādhanā is your own consistent practice that becomes a guide to illuminate the path you are walking.

Sādhanā is a dedicated, daily spiritual practice that shapes your path, not through perfection, but through steady devotion of your own making.

Your sādhanā can include āsana, mantra, prāṇāyāma, journaling, prayer, and more. Developing your own sādhanā is the courageous act of listening to your soul’s deepest desires and creating ritual in your life to make space for them.

Creating your own sādhanā is the art of tending to your inner life, allowing you to connect to the Divine, and softening your ego so you may walk more fully in truth.

We invite you this month to join us in developing your own personal sādhanā practice.

🪶 What are the ways you already have a dedicated daily rhythm, and where do you feel called to deepen?

Your practice does not need to be elaborate or complex. It simply needs to be wholeheartedly yours and something you can sustainably practice.

🌷 The Art of Devotion to The Self🌷

Our relationships ask a lot of us, now is the time to take space to tend to Self.

Join for this ceremonial workshop as an invitation to slow down and tend to yourself; not as another task, but as a way of supporting your nervous system and the relationships you care for.

Through candle lighting and intention setting, guided journaling, gentle fascia release, abhyanga (self-oil massage), and restorative rest, we’ll explore self-care as a practice of regulation, resilience, and presence. We’ll close with nourishing Ayurvedic tea, allowing the experience to settle into the body and heart.

When the nervous system is supported, we have more space to respond rather than react, and our relationships benefit from that steadiness.
