The family of a 21-year-old woman killed in a hit-and-run in Dixie County is demanding answers as investigators continue working to determine what happened in the hours before her death. “What justice would look like for my mom is for everybody involved in this to spend the rest of their lives behind bars because she doesn’t get to go to Ashlee’s wedding, she doesn’t get to have grandkids from Ashlee,” Jeffrey Partain said.
