Extreme Dance Company at UF

Extreme Dance Company at UF Extreme Dance Company is the largest inclusive dance organization at UF! We have performances at the end of each fall and spring semester.

Extreme Dance Company is a dance group committed to bringing a creative breath of life to UF! We are an innovative dance company consisting of different levels based on technique ability. Auditions are held at the beginning of each fall and spring semester for returning members and current UF students. This is a collaboration of all choreography learned throughout the semester, including contemporary, jazz, musical theater, hip-hop, modern, tap and ballet styles of dance. It's a great way to meet new people and DANCE! This page is for all friends, family, or anyone else that wants to be involved in any way or just to find out info and updates, not just the dancers! :)

Our final dancer of the day for this semester is Paikea Colligan on C1! Paikea is a fourth-year mathematics and economics double major and Rosenthal-Levy scholar originally from Berkeley, California. This is her fourth semester on Extreme, and her favorite styles are hip-hop and modern. Her favorite memories from Extreme are the homecoming parade and building friendships with her XO family. Outside of Extreme, Paikea enjoys building Jewish community at UF, including leading the Society for Jewish Thought. 🧮☀️📚

Our first dancer of the day is Samantha Perez on A2! Samantha is a third-year environmental engineering major minoring in international studies from Orlando. This is her fourth semester on Extreme, and her favorite style is contemporary. Her favorite memories of Extreme are the homecoming parade and seeing dances for the first time during showing. Outside of Extreme, Samantha does research on airborne microplastics and is the incoming President of Engineers Without Borders. She also enjoys music and pottery. 🌼🎶 🦋
