This patient came in wanting to finally feel confident in her size and address noticeable asymmetry that had been present for years. At 5’10” with a naturally thin frame, she wanted a result that looked balanced and proportional, not overdone.

Her starting point showed clear differences between each side. The right breast was about a half cup larger with more fullness, while the left appeared smaller with a tighter lower pole. Creating harmony meant customizing every detail of her plan.

Her procedure included:
✔️ Different implant sizes (360cc right / 375cc left) to improve balance
✔️ Natrelle Responsive Silicone implants for a soft, natural feel
✔️ Submuscular (dual plane) placement to better support her thinner tissue

Because the left side started tighter, we discussed that the implant may initially sit higher and require massage as it settles. While asymmetry can be improved, it is important to understand it may not be completely eliminated.
