My favorite morning treat!
PU-ERH tea through the espresso machine!
Pu-erh tea offers beneficial minerals like Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Phosphorus, drawing them from deep-rooted old-growth trees, plus it's rich in unique antioxidants (catechins, theaflavins) and probiotics from fermentation, supporting gut, heart, and metabolic health.
Add:
Raw goat milk (high in copper)
Goat milk is rich in essential minerals like Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Copper, supporting strong bones, nerve function, and fluid balance, often with better bioavailability (absorption) than cow's milk, especially for iron, aiding in preventing deficiencies like anemia
Pumpkin spice (Ground cinnamon, Ground ginger, Ground nutmeg, Ground cloves, and Ground allspice)
Cocao
Cacao vs Cocoa: What's the Difference?
Cacao is packed with essential minerals, notably magnesium (for energy/heart health), iron (oxygen transport), potassium (blood pressure), copper (collagen/immunity), manganese (bones/antioxidants), and zinc (immune function), along with phosphorus and trace amounts of selenium, all supporting cardiovascular function, energy, immunity, and bone health, often alongside antioxidants like polyphenols.
Turmeric
Turmeric is rich in beneficial minerals like Manganese, Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Copper, and Zinc, which support bodily functions, though often in smaller amounts than required daily, except for iron where a serving can provide significant daily value. These minerals, alongside the powerful antioxidant curcumin, contribute to its anti-inflammatory properties, helping with joint, heart, and brain health.
Salt (pure minerals)
*if you need more sweetness….
Add:
Blackstrap Molasses!
Molasses, especially blackstrap molasses, is rich in essential minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and manganese, along with B vitamins, copper, and selenium, making it a beneficial supplement for bone health, red blood cell formation, energy, and heart function, unlike refined sugar which lacks these nutrients. Key minerals include manganese (for metabolism), magnesium (muscle/nerve function), potassium (blood pressure), iron (oxygen transport), and calcium (bones).
…and if you need 100% coffee…add the coffee with the pu-ERH tea in the espresso machine! ☕️
