RUI FIT Coach Terri has been motivating individuals of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle for over 25 years. She has a B.S. degree in Health Promotion, is a nationally certified personal trainer, and Senior Fitness Specialist. Her passion is now Senior Fitness. Coach Terri has been helping the residents to improve functional independence and health for almost 3 years.

She takes pride in making sure her classes and PT programs are designed with the most effective and safe exercises. Whether it is a fitness class, personal training session, Open Gym session, or a seated volleyball game, she will give you a fun time while improving your health!🤩
