"My doctor referred me to Kinetix because I had lost mobility with my left shoulder and could no longer reach behind my back to fasten clothing. My supervising PT, Leanne, evaluated my range of motion and devised a plan of exercises and massage techniques to improve the range of motion. I was guided in stretching exercises by an intern, Ella and by Jazzmin, my PTA, who had skillful massaging fingers to loosen knotted areas. After these sessions there was improved range of motion each time. As I prepared to graduate the program, my PT, Leanne showed my husband how to help with shoulder stretches at home. I am now able to reach behind my back fully and also safely carry my 10 month grand-baby. Hats off to Kinetix PT for excellent skills and the feeling of a supportive family from all the staff there. This includes Sierra who led the scheduling and check-in team. Now I continue to come for a Wellness exercise program with James every 2 weeks"-Polly

"Kinetix PT is the best! I started going here in June 2025 at 6 weeks postpartum due to core weakness and pain after having an unexpected c-section (after being cleared from my OB). When I first started, I was unable to do most daily activities without pain and I required assistance from my husband- including getting out of bed, walking more than a few blocks or walking up my inclined driveway, picking up my newborn daughter or her car seat, and grabbing groceries from the car. My entire lower stomach was also completely numb. Being an athlete my entire life, I was frustrated at how limited I was, especially after working out and lifting weights my entire pregnancy. I asked my OB to refer me to Kinetix PT specifically since both my mom and sister previously had great experiences with their team. Dr. Jake Reidy and I first went through my goals- 1. Be able to complete my daily activities without pain and 2. Be back at the gym by mid August (even if limited at first). From 6 weeks to 4 months postpartum, Dr. Reidy and Carter helped me reach my goals- they performed manual therapy to reduce scar tissue buildup, used the Neubie electrical current stimulation to reduce the numbness I had from my belly button down to my scar and help build back my core, and also created a personalized exercise plan that was catered to how I was feeling and what daily activities were tough for me since the last PT visit (thank you to Carter for the creativity!!). I am now 4 months postpartum and am able to do all daily activities without pain and do not require assistance anymore, and I am back in the gym feeling great (with a few minor limitations). All staff throughout my journey were wonderful- extremely helpful, welcoming, and encouraging. Special shoutout to Carter who was super creative in creating a personalized and challenging PT plan, Dr. Reidy for being so kind and relatable about having little kids and all of the challenges with a newborn, and all of their helpful staff!
