There’s a difference between knowing God…
and allowing Him to gently reveal your heart.

So many women I work with love Jesus deeply—
but still feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

Not because they lack faith…
but because they lack clarity.

God doesn’t rush transformation.
He invites awareness.

And sometimes the breakthrough isn’t doing more...it’s finally seeing yourself clearly.

What is one thing you can do this week to gain clarity and break the patterns you feel stuck in? Invite God into that with me 💗

04/10/2026

You don’t need to try harder—
you need to understand what’s driving your patterns.

A lot of high-capacity women default to this:
👉 Pray more
👉 Try harder
👉 Be better

And while spiritual discipline matters…
that alone doesn’t always address what’s underneath.

Because sometimes the struggle isn’t about effort—
it’s about unseen patterns.

The way you respond under pressure
The way you carry responsibility
The way you avoid or push through emotions

God invites truth, not just effort.

“Search me, God, and know my heart…” (Psalm 139:23)

Awareness is not weakness.
It’s actually where transformation begins.

Question:
Do you tend to respond to stress by pushing harder—or by slowing down? Put your answer in the comments!

When “Not Enough” Becomes Your Quiet Daily Battle 💛📖
There’s a verse many high‑achieving Christian women know by heart:

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.”
— 2 Corinthians 12:9

And yet… so many women still live like their strength has to be sufficient.

She’s the one who holds her family together.
She prays for everyone else.
She shows up, steps up, and keeps going — no matter how tired she is.

But deep down, she carries a quiet fear:

➡️ “I’m not enough for my family.”
➡️ “I should be doing more.”
➡️ “If I slow down, everything will fall apart.”

If this is you, hear this with love:

✨ God never asked you to be everything for everyone.
✨ You were never meant to carry the weight of your family alone.
✨ His grace is enough — and you don’t have to prove yours.

Sometimes the bravest, most faith‑filled step is saying,
“I need support too.”

If this speaks to your heart…
If you’re a high‑achieving woman who loves Jesus
If you’re tired of feeling like you’re falling short
If you want to show up for your family from a place of peace, not pressure

➡️ I invite you to schedule a consultation with me.
Let’s talk about what you’re carrying — and what God may be inviting you to release.

You don’t have to walk this season alone. 💛✨

You can love your family ❤️
Be successful 🎖️
Show up for everyone 💁‍♀️

…and still feel completely exhausted inside.

Not because you’re doing life wrong -- but because you’ve been carrying it all alone.

High-achieving women don’t usually fall apart.
They push through.

Until their body, emotions, or relationships start asking for something deeper.

What if burnout isn’t a failure 🔥
but an invitation? 📨

Holding it all together—
but not feeling like yourself anymore.

From the outside, your life might look full.
You’re showing up. Taking care of people. Staying on top of things.

But internally?
Something feels off.

I’ve sat with so many women in this exact place—
and I’ve experienced it in my own seasons too.

It’s not a lack of faith.
And it’s not because you’re doing something wrong.

Sometimes it’s simply that you’ve been carrying too much for too long...without slowing down long enough to notice what’s happening inside.

God doesn’t rush you past that.
He meets you in it.

Question:
Have you ever felt this disconnect even when life “looked fine” on the outside?

What’s Draining Your Cup?
Let’s be real...Wednesday can feel like a mountain.

For many of us high-achievers, we keep pouring out even when our cup is empty.

What’s one thing that’s draining your energy this week?

Let’s name it and support each other in the comments.

One of the biggest gifts of the Enneagram is understanding people you love.

For example:

Some people handle stress by talking more.
Some handle stress by withdrawing.
Some handle stress by solving problems.
Some handle stress by avoiding them.

None of these are “wrong.”
They’re simply different ways people try to feel safe.

Understanding personality doesn’t just help us grow.

It helps us extend more grace to each other.

If you are wondering how the Enneagram can better help you understand the people you love in your life, DM me or comment GRACE below and I will connect with you 🌷

Sometimes our personality tells us God expects things He never actually asked for.

The Enneagram can gently expose those beliefs.

For example:

Type 1 – Feeling like you must always get it right.
Type 2 – Feeling like you must take care of everyone.
Type 3 – Feeling like you must prove your worth through success.
Type 4 – Feeling like you must be deeply understood to belong.
Type 5 – Feeling like you must have all the answers first.
Type 6 – Feeling like you must prepare for every possible outcome.
Type 7 – Feeling like you must stay positive and avoid pain.
Type 8 – Feeling like you must stay strong no matter what.
Type 9 – Feeling like you must keep the peace at all costs.

But the Gospel reminds us of something freeing:

Your worth was never something you had to earn.

Which one resonates with you?

A lot of high-achieving women don’t struggle with motivation.

They struggle with permission to rest.

The Enneagram often reveals the deeper reason:

Some feel responsible for everything.
Some feel valued only when they succeed.
Some feel needed when they’re helping others.

So slowing down feels uncomfortable.

But here’s the truth:

Your value was never meant to come from how much you accomplish.

Sometimes the most courageous thing a high-achieving woman can do is simply rest.

I wanted to share how my daughter is already learning about rest from her devotionals. It is amazing that she is gaining this insight now, when most of us don't internalize this until much later in life.

3 Reasons Christian Moms Should Start Enneagram Coaching:

You love Jesus.
You love your kids.
You want your home to reflect peace.

So why do you still feel stretched thin?

Here are three reasons Enneagram coaching can be transformative for Christian moms:

1. You’re doing “all the right things”… but still reactive.
You’re praying, serving, showing up. But you still snap. You still feel overwhelmed. You still carry tension in your body.

The Enneagram helps you understand why you respond the way you do so growth becomes intentional, not just willpower.

2. You’ve confused holiness with over-functioning.
Many Christian moms believe being godly means being endlessly available, patient, and self-sacrificing.

But sometimes that’s not obedience.
Sometimes it’s fear of disappointing others.

The Enneagram reveals the difference between Spirit-led love and personality-driven striving.

3. You want your kids to inherit your faith... not your anxiety.
Your children don’t just learn Scripture from you.
They learn how you regulate stress. How you handle conflict.
How you rest.

Coaching helps you grow emotionally and spiritually so your home feels calmer, not just busier.

You don’t need more Bible studies.
You don’t need more discipline charts.

You need self-awareness anchored in grace.

That’s where real transformation begins.

If you feel this in your heart, please DM me or schedule a free consultation.

Real support for real life—so you can feel grounded, clear, and capable again.
