Took the second month course this weekend of 6 month implant continumm course offered by Implant Educators Academy by Dr. Rick Ferguson and his team of amazing embassadors.

I was fortunate enough to take my staff with me for the course last month.

We never stop learning to do dentistry better faster more predictably and maybe some day, it will be almost as much fun going to the dentist as going to Disney!!!

We are constantly learning and implementing new technology in our office.

The latest cool and fun things we have been doing is to use CBCT scan and surgical guide to place implants. The process is a lot faster and a lot more predictable than free handed implant placement.

It takes much less time to place 3 implants with CBCT than to place 1 implant free handed. If you learn how to ride a horse without a saddle, you can ride a horse a lot better with a saddle!!!

It has been 13 years since I started working at the University of Florida, College of Dentistry!!!

I am so fortunate to get to have these wonderful teaching moments with so many students and some of them have become my colleages so that we can learn together more about fastly changing world of digital dentistry!!!

Time did fly by because I meant to post for my 10th year anniversary but before I know it, it has gone by me!!! Will make sure to mark the calendar so that I do not miss posting to celebrate my 20th year anniversary with UFCD!!!

One of our own got rear-ended yesterday by a hit-and-run driver.

The description of the hit-and-run car is as follows.

Small gold Toyota Camry like car. Dark tinted windows on SW 47th st. involved in Hit and run. Car went West after rear-ending her white ford flex around 7:23 pm.

If you have any information regarding this hit and run driver, please contact us. The information leading to finding the offender will get complimentary exam, x-rays, and cleaning from Sujin Smiles.
