Manifest Monday
Nourish your body with food and nourish your soul with a time out. This doesn’t seem like a go get ‘em slogan for a Monday but just as our bodies need nourishment from food, our minds need time to process without pressure. If you didn’t get some moments this weekend, consider taking some this week. Getting quiet, even for 10-15 minutes, is a game changer. When I take that time where I ignore my phone, my computer, and my ridiculous task list, I am calmer, clearer in my intentions, and more energetic. This is our mind/body connection and cultivating that into a daily practice does wonders for our health. So, next time you intentionally stare off into space, shut down, walk it off or zone out, you are actually engaging in a health habit!
