Many of you that have come into the office this month have probably seen a new face in the office. Please help us welcome Melanie!

Melanie Vella is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her NP degree from the University of Virginia, where she is also completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on improving behavioral healthcare in pediatric primary care. With over seven years of experience in pediatric critical care, school health, and palliative care, Melanie brings a compassionate approach to every family she serves.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys gardening, reading, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her two tiny dogs, Piper and Penelope.

Sneezing
Watery Eyes
Ear Congestion

•Remember to wash your hands and face frequently to help manage allergies
•Zyrtec or Claritin can be given to children 2 years or older! (Contact office for any question).
•When sneezing or coughing, remember to cover your mouth and nose with elbow or a tissue.
